Residents who live in our mature communities have invested, renovated existing homes, have raised families and contributed to their community, in some cases for a long period of time and they deserve a strong voice at City Hall to represent their communities with a balanced approach to renewal. Walking through our mature communities and seeing lawn signs posted by residents opposing infill development means we need City Council to listen, protect the homeowners, hold developers to full account for infractions to the existing homeowners to enable future growth.

It's not a conversation about banned or imposed infills but how to prevent unintended repercussions in the revitalization of our mature neighborhoods and encouraging positive benefits of development.
